The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and spoke fluent English. The hotel had a beautiful terrace where we could relax and read, and the breakfast provided was delicious. the service and amenities provided at this hotel were top-notch.

The location was very convenient, just a few blocks away from a nice park and a good walking distance to famous landmarks. The breakfast table was a great way to start the day and meet other travelers. , the vintage furniture in the lobby and rooms gave a charming touch to the place.

My new year experience at this hotel was not that great. The rooms were very cold and there was no heating system available.

The public spaces at this hotel were really nice for hanging out with friends. I also appreciated that the staff spoke good English and were accommodating when I asked for hot water and tea during the day. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city.

My room left a lot to be desired. the heating system didn't seem to work properly, and the temperature was constantly chilly.
